Premium part quality, comprehensive service, fast reaction times: in order to provide the best possible support for Demag customers at all times, the quality of our production processes and workflow is reviewed at regular intervals. As early as 1993, our German production facilities received an ISO 9001 certificate and the Indian facilities followed suit in 2001. The implementation of a quality management system to DIN ISO 9001:200/VDA 6.4 and ISO/TS 16949 in accordance with the standards of the international automotive industry was accomplished in 2001. We also assume responsibility for the on-site operation of our machines: If required, we will subject every Demag machine in service to a thorough inspection and provide customers with a certificate which complies with the relevant standards.
