`SANTOSH` is a precision, high quality Injection Molding Machine made by Demag. SANTOSH means BLISS in many Indian languages. These machines are conceived, developed and manufactured according to Demag standards by Indian engineers at L&T-Demag Plastics Machinery Ltd. in Chennai, India.

These machines have toggle clamping for the entire range from 400 to 6,500 kN. The customer gets the full benefit of constancy of clamping forces and low power consumption, positive locking and faster cycle times. Each clamping unit can be coupled with any one of the modular injection units. Each injection unit has three different screws.

These injection units are powerful and offer high injection and plasticizing rates meeting the product requirement of molders. Melt cushion monitoring feature helps the molder to produce consistent quality molding. Santosh machines are driven by precise DFE Pumps with close loop feature for flow and pressure.

All machines will have as a standard feature Ergocontrol with appropriate local languages. Ergocontrol offers real time response from the machines. This user-friendly control with features such as continuous process control, ensures close control on the process. Features like shuttle wheel make it very friendly. Also the colorful monitor makes it more pleasant and appealing.
